Semi Private training is a popular new personal training concept we have developed at The Foundry. Private Sessions with a maximum 3 people each following their own individual programme. Unlike a busier gym class sessions are tailored towards your needs the 1:3 ratio allows for the quality coaching and attention of a personal training session while making it more affordable as you share the cost!
All participants receive a personal goal setting and with a fitness and body composition assessment which can be followed up every 4-6 weeks to track your progress.
