Let’s face it, many people will come for personal training with aesthetic reasons in mind, and that’s completely normal and acceptable. While we will still stress the many health benefits you will be achieving, we can help you look good in Lycra – leaner, toner, slimmer, stronger and downright sexy.
Many people struggle with fat loss for various reasons: ineffective exercise programmes, a lack of knowledge about nutrition and biomechanics and poor motivation.
To help you achieve your goals, as well as getting down to some serious training, we will educate you about your diet and the way your body works so you understand WHY we’re doing certain exercises and ignoring the scales as a form of measurement. We will train you effectively to help lose the inches in a realistic manner which doesn’t exclude the odd treat and most importantly provide you with the tools and knowledge to keep it off for life, not just the duration of your training programme.

All new clients looking to change their body shape will go through the following systematic approach to ensure you receive excellent results, value for money and enjoy the experience:
- A Physical, Health and Nutritional Assessment. Choose between Essential, Advanced and Ultimate.
- A Free Biosignature Modulation Assessment to establish body composition goals and a nutrition and supplement plan. You will then receive regular free re-assessments to monitor progress and update plans.
- A Free Training Programme designed for your Goals.
- Training with the Personal Trainer of your choice. You choose the times and frequency and that’s all you’ll pay for.
- Free post-workout shakes to help with your goals. If you’re not refueling after training you’re not optimising your results.
- Free Foundry T-shirt to show off the new you.
Physical, Health and Nutritional Assessments.
Your initial assessment with a physiotherapist, osteopath or corrective health specialist will provide you and us the opportunity to screen for injuries, potential muscular imbalances and health concerns to start devising your personal training programme. We will also discuss any digestive issues or external factors that might block your progress and help educate you about nutrional changes that will aid your results.
There are 3 assessment options, (Essential, Advanced and Ultimate) depending on budget, time and your priorities but you may also be able to claim this on your health insurance. Please contact us to check.
Free BioSignature Modulation at Liverpool Street, Central London
Is there a “trouble spot” where, no matter what you do, you just can’t shift the weight? Don’t worry – your body isn’t rebelling against you.
Body fat gravitates towards certain areas due to specific individual hormonal levels, genetics and environmental factors.
Using BioSignature Modulation, developed by the world-renowned Olympic strength coach Charles Poliquin, we will measure your body composition so we know how much muscle and fat you have, and get a good indication of any hormonal imbalances.
This is a scientific approach with plenty of clinical, and obeservational evidence to support it as a tool and as the nearest facility to Liverpool Street Station in the heart of Central London we have a huge demand for Biosignature Modulation, both from stressed city workers with elevated cortisol levels and insulin resistant residential clients; all keen to burn fat and get lean.
All personal training clients receive a free 30 minute Biosignature Modulation Assessment and follow up report as we use it as a starting point for assessing your hormonal profile and for measuring progress throughout your training programme.
Personal Training
We have no joining fees, no contracts, no memberships; you simply pay for your sessions. We have a variety of trainers who we will match you with to suit your goals, personality and budget. Personal Training is no longer for the rich or elite and when compared to the false economy of gym membership it can represent the smartest investment you’ll ever make for your long term health and achieve quicker results than you ever thought possible. We suggest a minimum of 3 months to really make vast changes to the way you look and feel but our job, unlike the gym, is not to try and hang onto you forever. Whilst many of our clients train with us for years, we also want you to learn from us and feel confident to maintain your own shape and fitness in the future
We also offer buddy and group personal training for those looking to tighten their belts…whilst, er..tightening their belts.
