Our commitment to you is that regardless of budget we can help. We are passionate about what we do and, unusually for a personal training company, want to make a genuine difference to everyone; not just the rich and famous. (Even if it is less profitable than only training past big brother contestants and glamour models).
In fact, even if you have no intention of ever paying for any of our services we’re still happy to offer you 10 minutes of our time to have a chat and make simple suggestions to improve your health and fitness.
We want all our clients to look, feel and perform better and therefore use all the tools at our disposal where appropriate; however the priorities of a premiership rugby player are different to those of someone looking to fit into their wedding dress (unless it’s a rugby club initiation). We therefore offer a variety of packages focussed for different goals and within these packages we offer the ability to pick and choose based on your preferences and budget You don’t need to do everything, but these are very popular, effective packages.

LOOK BETTER
We have never been asked to return a fee and have 100% client retention. As such we are so confident you will lose body fat on these programmes that if you follow our guidance and don’t see results we will give you your money back.
• Physical and Nutritional Assessment. Choose between:
1. 60 min physical, biomechanics, health and nutritional assessment. £90
2. 90 min physical, biomechanics, health and nutritional assessment. £130
3. Optional 60 min BioSignature assessment and programme. £75
Depending on your results we may feel that you could benefit from further laboratory analysis but all information and costs will be provided before any action is taken.
• Fat Loss Monitoring Programme. Choose between:
1. Ki Fit for 12 weeks, £250 (if you choose to purchase after you simply pay the difference)
Over the duration of your package, you will have access to the Ki Fit Lifestyle Monitor, Display and online activity manager to monitor your calorie expenditure and load. This removes any guess work for our trainers – they know exactly how active you are, what and how much you consume, how well you sleep and what exercise stimulates and maintains your metabolism most effectively. Whilst calories aren’t everything, the Ki Fit has proved an excellent and popular tool for our fat loss clients.
2. Biosignature Modulation programme for 12 weeks, £550 (includes initial Biosignature consultation, report, programmes and 11 follow ups)
The relationships between hormones and localised fat sto
rage have been known for some time but in Biosignature modulation we have a system created by world renowned strength coach Charles Poliquin which allows us to quickly and accurately build a hormonal profile for you. We can then improve any imbalances and achieve substantial fat loss through an individual programme of diet, exercise and supplementation.

PERFORM BETTER
Whatever your sport, from ballet to bullfighting, (admittedly we haven’t found a niche in that market just yet) our Perform Better packages will offer you the training, medical support and dietary assistance of a professional athlete, regardless of your level of competition.
• Assessment and Sports Testing. Choose between:
1. Standard 30min physical/nutritional assessment and 30min standard sports testing. £90
2. Standard 30min physical/nutritional assessment and 60min Individual sports testing. £130
3. In-depth 60min physical/nutritional assessment and 30min standard sports testing. £130

• Soft Tissue Session per week, fortnight or month. Choose between:

• Training Frequency. Choose between:
It can be counterproductive to flog you hard in the gym or on the track if you have outstanding muscular skeletal problems. Therefore we may suggest completing a FEEL BETTER programme prior to starting a strength conditioning programme for your sport. Therefore your training requirements will vary greatly on the results of your initial assessment.
A. Sports Conditioning Specialist
1. 1 strength conditioning session a week. £70 a session
2. 2 strength conditioning sessions a week. £65 a session
3. 3 strength conditioning sessions a week. £60 a session
B. Senior Trainer.
1. 1 strength conditioning session a week. £60 a session
2. 2 strength conditioning sessions a week. £55 a session

Technical coaching sessions will be incorporated where possible but are also available separately. Prices will depend on your particular sport and level of competition.
ONE FINAL NOTE
So there you go, hopefully not too confusing; but remember nothing is ever written in stone. These packages are popular, cost effective training programmes aimed at life changing results but you can happily tailor things to fit your requirements safe in the knowledge we will never try and sell you unnecessary services.
We simply ask two things of everyone who signs up for a package:
1) That regardless of your package duration you pay 12 weeks payment in advance. Any follow up payments will be taken for 4 weeks upfront. The reason we ask for this initial financial commitment is:
a. We want you to achieve a real lifestyle overhaul which requires commitment from you (and nothing gets people more determined to succeed than a financial commitment!). If you don’t turn up we will call and want to know why. We don’t want you to waste your time or money. This is the completely opposite of the chain gym model. Whilst we have clients who have been with us for years, all our attention and effort will be aimed at your initial 12 week goals. After that we’ll happily wave you off into the sunset……we know you’ll be back for more one day.
b. You will feel like you’re on a rollercoaster – over 12 weeks we can ensure we maintain consistency in your health and lifestyle programme and therefore guarantee you achieve the results you want (and can continue to do so in the future).
2) Even if you just choose a block of 10 personal training sessions, you have to have a 30 minute minimum physical assessment and consultation.
Our commitment to your success is one of the reasons we insist all clients have an assessment before training with us. Not only does this help you to become more aware of your capabilities and limitations, it also provides our trainers with an accurate picture of your musculoskeletal health so we can focus your programme to improving areas of weakness and avoiding further damage.
