Andy Titterrell Strength & Conditioning
Run by England and British Lions international, Andy Titterrell, this is one of the most comprehensive strength & conditioning clinics in the country. Andy Titterell trains Athletes, Professionals, Individuals, Groups and Teams. His objective is to develop genuine fitness and not the illusion of fitness.
Andy’s background at the very top of Rugby Union means he knows how to get both amateurs and professionals into peak condition. He and his team have been involved in professional sport for over seven years and has worked with athletes, players and coaches of all levels; delivering an extensive range of fitness, strength, speed, weight management and nutrition programmes; with the aim of minimising injuries, whilst still enhancing athletic ability and performance. We have worked with Andy for our Heavy Weekend Training Events and look forward to a continuing relationship in the future.

Steve Aish @ The Strength Academy
Steve is quite simply one of those people who practices what he preaches. As the author of the first ever REPS recognised kettlebell course, British Weightlifting Championship titles, British records and a World Record he has learned Strength and Conditioning the hard way – by actually doing it, year on year. Add to this his impressive academic record and he is the very model of combining creativity, expertise and discipline to the highest degree. We have worked with Steve at The Foundry on national events and are extremely excited about collaborating on future projects at our new performance facility Foundry:east.
RAW Studios
Real Athletic Workouts Studio is a 1000-sq ft contemporary studio based in central Hong Kong.
As at The Foundry, training at RAW studios, you will never have to suffer a crowded gym as the studio never has more than two personal trainers and their clients training at the same time.
All RAW trainers are Poliquin certified and offer BioSignature Modulation and Structural Balance assessments part and parcel of their training programmes.

Shoreditch Pilates
Shoreditch Pilates is brainchild of Laura Hogg, an outstanding Pilates instructor who fled The Foundry nest to set up her own studio just down the road. Like the credit card in your wallet, Laura is our favourite flexible friend who, as a former three times British rhythmic gymnastic champion, has competed in the World and European Championships and the Commonwealth Games.
She offers a variety of Pilates, Yoga and pre-natal classes, for any level of ability and also runs frequent workshops offering meditation, nutritional advice and Indian head massage.
