She has since gained 22 caps and is favored to be representing England for many years to come and is backed to be selected for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.

At a mere 5 ft 4, Fee is a whippersnapper of a personal trainer with big ambitions. She has a Degree in Sport and Exercise Science, qualifications in rugby coaching, strength and conditioning, over 6 years of high-level sports performance experience under her belt and is Head Coach of East London Women RFC. Fee takes the same approach to personal training clients as with her own training – performance driven, elite mind-set, with a passion to succeed beyond this world.

Fee prides herself on enabling clients to achieve what they may not believe was possible. She’ll use her expertise and experience to get you to a place where your life really is transformed. You’ll be stronger, more confident, healthier, and look damn good!

Fiona is one of my charity’s athlete ambassadors through which she brings her vast experience and excellence on the Rugby field to support young people.  Her energy, passion and professionalism shines through in everything that she does in her life and career.

Dame Kelly Holmes, Double Olympic Champion

I am a 47 year old recreational cyclosportive rider but five years of weekly overseas commuting for work had played havoc with my fitness levels and weight.

I had passed The Foundry on several occasions but imagined it was a bit too serious for someone like me.  I finally took the plunge and went in and am now very thankful that I did.

After a friendly welcome I was allocated to Fee who listened carefully to my objectives.  After an initial assessment had confirmed my starting point we set to work to increase my flexibility, reduce my weight and improve my strength.  Fee set me a nutritional programme and we started training three times a week.

Every four weeks Fee checks my weight and body fat percentage so there is nowhere to hide!  After each check Fee reassesses my goals and the programme is adjusted to keep me progressing.

Twelve weeks in and I have lost 9 kilos and I am leaner, more flexible and stronger than I have been in years.  Suddenly I don’t feel 47 anymore.
