Your progress is vital to us so we record and track all training data so that you’ll know you’re moving forwards. We also take regular body composition measurements to keep you motivated and us accountable.

Our tight-knit, dedicated team works together to provide a supportive and caring experience for you. And while we won’t always have the answers (we still haven’t figured out how to make pizza less delicious), we guarantee we’ll work harder than anyone else to find them for you.
“SIMPLY STRETCH”: OUR TOP UP SESSIONS
Mobility and flexibility are probably the most under rated and under trained areas of fitness.
While the development of these components of fitness are incorporated as part of your personal training programme, sometimes there just isn’t enough time to give them the time and dedication needed to make a significant impact during sessions, nor can clients find time to develop this on their own.
You can therefore take up the option to purchase and book our 30 minute top up sessions, Simply Stretch.
Simply Stretch is a personal training session purely focused on mobility and flexibility. Think of all those stretch exercises you wish you want to do your own time but never get round to! From assisted stretching and mobility work, to foam rolling and control drills, this private session will cover all the elements most important to you.
So whether you have persistently tight hamstrings from sitting down all day, want to improve your mobility for weightlifting or just want to take half an hour out of your day to get a good old stretch, this is the session for you.
