Tyrone London – the muscles from…err…London

A lover of all team sports, Tyrone London (yes, that is his real name!) has played for the academy at Tottenham Hotspur and for numerous semi professional football clubs (whilst being naturally good at rugby he didn’t want to damage his lovely face – the softie!).

Tyrone London, Personal Trainer, London

Ever since he was a young lad, Tyrone hasn’t been able to stay out of the gym. When he wasn’t playing football, he used to spend his free time with his brother, also a personal trainer, and his best friend, a bodybuilder, watching them working out in their local Kentish Town gym.

His love of the gym remained with him as an adult when, in a previous life as an IT geek, he kept getting caught out going to the gym twice a day when he should have been working. And it was around that time he realized his true calling was in the personal training industry.

A walking, talking picture of health, Tyrone is more than just a bodybuilder. With a contagious passion for coaching clients to a healthier lifestyle, he will help you feel better, more relaxed and more confident. Although there is always a serious side to training, his clients’ workouts are part of fun new way of life, with plenty of variation and challenging goals.

Tyrone is the member of the Foundry most likely to skive off from paper work… only to be found in one of the studios doing muscle-ups.
